Glenn Balch, PhD

Glenn Balch has over 35 years of international and domestic business development experiences as it pertains to solving complex business problems. His experiences working abroad and consulting clients in over 25 countries has allowed him the opportunity to make a substantial contribution to help support client goals and objectives and at the same time support efforts that will make the world a better place in which to live. By utilizing his skills in the areas of leadership and human behavior, marketing training, process and systems development, and risk & opportunity management, he is able to provide a wide-range of consulting skills for the most challenging issues for both profit and non-profit organizations.

Glenn’s experience as a college president, entrepreneur, and board member, has resulted in a robust international network of business contacts that stretches over 40 countries. It is his belief that strategic partnerships and alliances are the keys to innovation and growth. His diverse background and education affords him the opportunity and ability to think creatively and solve a wide range of organizational issues.

Glenn’s education includes a PhD in Leadership and Human Behavior, a Juris Doctorate, and MA degrees in Psychology, Counseling, and Curriculum Development. He has completed Graduate and Post Doctoral studies in Urban Renewal and City Planning, Business and Oil and Gas Law.
